The CrossFit Kids and Pre-Teen Programs are a game-based approach to fitness. With a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting, our CrossFit coaches get kids to LOVE fitness.
Kids and pre-teens will learn body-weight exercises, weightlifting, body regulation and mindfulness.

Our CrossFit Kids Programs
CrossFit Kids (Grades 4–5)
Fun, game-based workouts are designed to teach movement skills, coordination, and confidence. Classes focus on basic fitness while keeping kids engaged and excited to come back each week.
CrossFit Pre-Teen (Grades 6–8)
A step up in challenge and responsibility. Pre-Teens learn more advanced movements, develop strength and endurance, and build teamwork skills that prepare them for sports and lifelong fitness.

What to Expect in Class
Each 45 minute session includes:
• A dynamic warm-up
• Skill instruction (age-appropriate movements)
• A fun workout or game
• A cool down and team huddle
Every workout is scaled to your child’s ability, ensuring safety and fun for beginners and returning athletes alike.
