Why our kids program?

Why CrossFit Kids?

CrossFit Kids is a game-based approach to fitness. Through age-appropriate exercises, kids age 7-11 learn body-weight exercises, weightlifting, body regulation and mindfulness. Kids move their whole bodies and grow healthier the way they naturally play.

With a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting CrossFit Kids gets kids to LOVE fitness.
