Looking for a fun and engaging way to keep your child active? At CrossFit Accolade in Arlington, MA, our CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Pre-Teen programs combine fitness, games, and teamwork to build healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Our classes are designed specifically for kids in grades 4–8. With expert coaching and age-appropriate workouts, your child will get stronger, more confident, and learn to love movement in a safe and supportive environment.

The CrossFit Kids and Pre-Teen Programs are a game-based approach to fitness. With a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting, our CrossFit coaches get kids to LOVE fitness.

Our CrossFit Kids Programs

CrossFit Kids (Grades 4–5)

Fun, game-based workouts are designed to teach movement skills, coordination, and confidence. Classes focus on basic fitness while keeping kids engaged and excited to come back each week.

CrossFit Pre-Teen (Grades 6–8)

A step up in challenge and responsibility. Pre-Teens learn more advanced movements, develop strength and endurance, and build teamwork skills that prepare them for sports and lifelong fitness.

What to Expect in Class

Each 45 minute session includes:

A dynamic warm-up
Skill instruction (age-appropriate movements)
A fun workout or game
A cool down and team huddle
