Why Legends?
We believe there are 10 general physical skills. They are cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. As we move through adulthood, these skills become more and more important. Our core programming is focused on developing and maintaining all ten of these skills.

Certified Coaches
Our coaches are trained, educated and certified to lead group classes. They know how to keep you safe while helping you reach your potential.
Community
You will have a network of people to connect with about your progress and goals. Get lifestyle advice from other class members, push each other, or hang out at the gym after training.
Fun
When you exercise alone, coming to the gym can feel like a chore. Group workouts are lively and exciting. You'll find yourself looking forward to exercising.
Accountability
Your coach will be there to make sure you’re staying on track and progressing towards your goals.
